Welcome to Skatt animal waste solutions LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer dog waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. The service options include:

  • One-time service

  • Once a week

  • Twice a week

  • Three times a week

Our team will visit the agreed-upon location on the scheduled day(s) to clean and remove pet waste.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the safety and efficiency of our service, the client agrees to the following:

  • Access: The client is responsible for ensuring that our team has unobstructed access to the areas where the service is to be performed. This includes ensuring that gates are unlocked and pets are secured.

  • Hazards: The client agrees to remove any hazards (e.g., aggressive animals, unsafe equipment, dangerous terrain) that could prevent our team from safely completing the job.

  • Notification of Issues: The client must notify us in advance if the property has undergone changes that may affect the service, such as new construction, landscaping, or additional pets.

  • Skatt Animal Waste Solutions is committed to working with friendly animals in your yard; however, we will not engage with aggressive animals. If we are unable to access your yard or perform our scooping services due to an aggressive animal, we will inform you and apply a charge for the visit. In the event of a bite from any animal, we will promptly leave the premises to seek medical care. The yard will be left in its current condition and may be deemed as 'Services rendered' for that visit. All medical expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the Client within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on the circumstances, we may contact Animal Control and/or take further action. Clients are required to maintain accurate vaccination records for their dog(s) and provide them to the Service Provider for inspection upon request or in the case of a dog bite or attack on a Service Provider employee. We depend on the Client's evaluation of their animal's behavior. Please keep this in mind for the safety of our Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to decline service in any yard where they do not feel safe.

3. Service Fees and Payments

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Recurring services will be billed at the start of each service period (weekly or biweekly).

  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension or termination of service until payment is received.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges for scheduled services.

4. Liability and Limitations

While we take every precaution to provide quality service, the following limitations apply:

  • Property Damage: We are not responsible for damage to lawns, plants, fences, or other property that occurs as a result of the service, provided the team exercised reasonable care.

  • Personal Injury: We are not liable for any injuries caused by the client's pets or any dangerous conditions on the property that were not disclosed prior to the service.

  • Weather Delays: We may be required to delay or reschedule services due to inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow). In such cases, we will communicate any changes in service to the client.

  • Health Risks: While we take steps to ensure safe and sanitary removal of pet waste, we are not responsible for any health risks associated with the presence of pet waste on your property before or after our service.

5. Service Interruptions

Our company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of:

  • Natural Disasters: Severe weather or other acts of nature that make it unsafe to perform the service.

  • Unsafe Conditions: The discovery of hazards, such as aggressive animals or unsafe terrain, that were not previously disclosed.

  • Client Non-Cooperation: Failure of the client to provide access or maintain safe conditions for the service to be performed.

  • Skatt Animal Waste Solutions will not be operating on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your scheduled pick-up coincides with any of these holidays, service will be skipped for that week, and we will resume pick-up the following week. Please note that missed pick-ups are non-refundable, as we will still need to complete our work during the next scheduled visit and collect all waste accumulated during the previous week.

6. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate service at any time with at least 7 days' notice. In cases where the client has violated these terms (e.g., non-payment, unsafe conditions), the service may be terminated without notice.

7. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Skatt animal waste solutions LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of the client's failure to meet their responsibilities, as outlined in these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho .

By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Skatt Animal Waste Solutions offers the aforementioned services to you in accordance with the Terms, which may be updated periodically without prior notification. Any amendments will take effect once we publish the revised Terms on our website. We encourage you to check the Sites regularly to stay informed about any changes in our practices. Your ongoing use of our Services will signify your acceptance of any modifications to the Terms. Additionally, certain provisions within these terms may be overridden by other provisions or notices available elsewhere on our site.
